Roxanne M. Simpson, age 61 of Faribault, MN died Saturday, August 10, 2013 at St. Mary''s Hospital in Rochester, MN.

Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, August 16, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at the Divine Mercy Catholic Church, 139 Mercy Drive, Faribault. Interment will be at the Maple Lawn Cemetery in Faribault.

Memorial visitation will be held on Friday from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. at the church.

Arrangements are with the Parker Kohl Funeral Home & Crematory of Faribault.

Roxanne Marie, was born on February 20, 1952 in Faribault to Donald W. "Cub" and Donna M. (Schuller) Simpson. She graduated from Faribault High School with the class of 1970 and from South Central Technical College in 1995. Roxanne loved to cook for others, especially during the holidays and also volunteered for Meals on Wheels. In her youth she loved to play softball with her friends and travel.

She is survived by two sons, Tauston Taylor (Angela) of Elysian, MN, and Terel Letcher of Burnsville, MN; four grandchildren, Autumn, Addyson, and Talen Taylor, and Charlie Letcher; brother, Robert Simpson of Faribault; brother, Wallace Simpson of Detroit Lakes MN; and sister, Judy Simpson of Faribault; along with many other friends and relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Donna and Donald "Cub" Simpson; brother, William Simpson; and sister, Renee Cody.
