ROSE DELANA KEIPER, age 67 of Waseca, died at her home on Saturday, June 17, 2017.
Born in Montgomery, AL on November 8, 1949, Rose was the daughter of Hodsel and Evelyn (Smith) Skipper.  As part of a military family, Rose had many homes over the course of her life.  On December 16, 1995 Rose married Russell Keiper III in Austin, TX.  She enjoyed playing bingo, watching Food Network programs, and watching Jimmy Swaggarts sermons on television.  More than that, though, she loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Rose will be held in loving memory by her husband, Russell Keiper III of Waseca; one daughter, Amanda (James) Deaton of Hotchkiss, CO; and seven grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, William Pelton III; one brother, Hodsel "Buddy" Skipper" II; and one sister, Debra Darby. Private family services will be held at a later time.
