RALPH ALBERT MEYERS, age 78 of Mesa, Arizona, formerly of Waterville, died on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at Banner University Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona.
Born in Waterville on November 16, 1939, Ralph was the son of Albert Herman and Bernice Lydia (Prehn) Meyers.  He graduated from Waterville High School in 1958.  Ralph married Lenora Perlich on Feb. 10, 1961 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Janesville.  They were later divorced.  Out of that marriage they had two children Leilani and Troy.  Ralph spent most of his career in auto body repair.  He also worked with the Waterville Fire Department from 1969 until 1987.  On December 7, 1991 he married Sonja Bott in Mesa, AZ.  Together they were members of St. Lukes Lutheran Church in Mesa, AZ.  Ralph enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Ralph is survived by his wife, Sonja of Mesa, AZ; two children, Leilani Williamson, of Le Center and Troy Meyers, of Waterville; one step-daughter, Sonja Price; two sisters, Dorothy (Richard) Prahl of Waterville and Victoria (Ronald) Kruesel of Owatonna; two grandsons, Shawn Ohnstad and Tony Ohnstad;                  three granddaughters, Tiffany Connor, Jo Lynn Robbins, and Angela Kramer; three step-grandsons; fourteen great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.  Those waiting to welcome Ralph to his new heavenly home include his parents, two sisters, Marian Sophy and Norma (Hartley) Hansen; four nephews, Randy, Darrell, Rick, and Curtis; step-father, Clifford Peterson and step-son, Donnie.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at 3:00 PM at Dennis Funeral & Cremation Services in Waterville.  Visitation will be held for one hour before the service at the funeral home.  Interment will follow at Sakatah Cemetery in Waterville.
