Lee Blaisdell April 13, 1954 - June 2, 2010

Lee D. Blaisdell, age 56, of Owatonna, died on June 2, 2010 at St. Mary''s Hospital in Rochester, Minnesota. Private family services will be held. Interment will be held at the Medo Central Cemetery in rural Pemberton, Minnesota. Arrangements are with the Arnoldt-McRaith Funeral Home and Crematory of Janesville. Lee Darwin Blaisdell, the son of LeRoy and Blanch (Prail) Blaisdell, was born on April 4, 1954 in Owatonna, Minnesota. In 1971, he enlisted in the United States Navy where he served on the USS Holland and later received honorable discharge. He was united in marriage to Janet Truax on December 10, 1977, they were later divorced. In April of 2004, Lee was united in marriage to Carol Robinson. Lee worked at Truth Hardware as a shift supervisor in Owatonna for over twenty years. He enjoyed watching old western movies. He is survived by his wife, Carol of Owatonna; sons, Andy Blaisdell (Special friend Amber Fordham) of Dundas and Joseph Blaisdell (Ashley Sticha) of Faribault; step daughter, Katie (Jeff) Kelzer of Owatonna; two grandchildren, Colton and Cody Blasidell; step granddaughter, Ashley Kelzer; his sister, Sharon McKee of Owatonna; his brother, Jerry (Cheryl) Blaisdell of Massachusetts; and by many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Jean Blaisdell; and by his brothers, Jim and Ron Blaisdell.
