Joyce E Poepping December 1, 1932 - June 8, 2015

Joyce E. Poepping, age 82, of Owatonna, formerly of St. Cloud, passed away on Monday, June 8, 2015 at Traditions of Owatonna.

Memorial services will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Waseca Christian Assembly in Waseca with Pastor Brad Wickersheim officiating. Interment will be held at a later date.

Visitation will be held for one hour at the church prior to services on Thursday.

Arrangements are being completed by McRaith Funeral Home & Crematory of Waseca.

Joyce Eileen, daughter of Gale and Ruth (Harmon) Morey, was born on December 1, 1932 in Tracy, MN. She attended and graduated from Tracy High School in 1951. She was united in marriage to Walt Poepping on June 4, 1960 in Nashua, IA. Joyce was a loving homemaker for most of her life and also worked as a dental assistant and a daycare provider.

Joyce is survived by her daughters, Gayle (Brad) Wickersheim of Waseca and Susan Poepping of Waseca; grandchildren, Marissa, Brett, and Derek Wickersheim, all of Waseca; brother, Gilbert (Alice) Morey of Lebanon, TN; and by many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; and by 2 brothers, Howard and Francis Morey.
