LESTER E. REINHARDT, age 88 of Waseca died on Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at the Lakeshore Inn in Waseca.

Born July 26, 1921 in Wilton Township, Waseca County, Minnesota, Lester was the son of Erwin and Caroline (Frank) Reinhardt.  He attended rural Waseca County schools and graduated from Waseca Central High School in 1940.  On June 2, 1948 he was united in marriage to Marion Christie at the United Methodist Church in Faribault.  Together they lived and farmed in Wilton Township.  Lester also worked at Brown Printing Company and as a serviceman and mechanic at Cenex in Albert Lea.  He enjoyed gardening, hunting, and playing cards.  He was always active with his church, and was a member of Christ the King Lutheran Church in Waseca.

Lester is survived by his wife, Marion of Waseca; two daughters, Suzanne Elizabeth Foster of Longwood, NJ, and Lori Jane Manning (Jon Zetterlund) of Stillwater, MN; and four step-grandchildren.  He is also survived by one sister, Evelyn (Bill) Manthey of Byron; two brothers-in-law, Curtis (Yvonne) Christie of Hastings and Ralph Olsen of Owatonna; and many nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Gary; one brother, Vernon; and one sister-in-law, Marjorie Olsen.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM on Monday, June 14, 2010 at Christ the King Lutheran Church (1004 W. Elm Ave.) in Waseca with Rev. Raymond Peterson officiating.  Visitation will be held from 10:00AM until the time of services at the church.
