LOIS MARIE NEFF, age 86 of Waseca died Tuesday, February 5, 2008 at Lake Shore Inn Nursing Home in Waseca.

Born in Waseca, Minnesota on October 5, 1921, she was the daughter of Andrew and Elsie (Bauman) Anderson. She graduated from Waseca High School in 1940.  She married Kenneth C. Neff on March 16, 1940 in Northwood, IA.  Lois worked in the paste-up department at Brown Printing in Waseca and later in customer service, retiring after 24 years.  She enjoyed bowling and golfing.  She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, American Legion and VFW Auxiliaries, and had been a charter member of the Eagles all in Waseca.  She was also a former member of Waseca Lakeside Club.

She is survived by one daughter, Barbara (Mike) Anderson of North Mankato; two sons, Dennis (Lori) Neff of Waterville, and K.C. (Julie) Neff of Waseca; ten grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.  She is also survived by one brother, Andrew (Lois) Anderson of Hastings; two sisters, Beryl von Weien of Grass Valley, CA and Louella Henry of Oakland, CA; one sister-in-law, Marilyn (Dan) Possin of Waseca; and many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one daughter-Brenda Nash, and one brother-Loren Anderson.  

Visitation will be held at Kinder-Dennis Home for Funerals in Waseca on Friday, February 8, 2008 from 4-8 PM and continue on Saturday, one hour before services at the church.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 9, 2008 at 11:00 AM at St. John Lutheran Church in Waseca with Rev. Vicki R. Hultine officiating and Rev. Reyna Purcell.  Burial will follow at Woodville Cemetery in Waseca.
