JOSEPH EDWARD MEYMAN, age 54 of Waterville died Saturday, December 15, 2007 at the Waseca Medical Center.

Born in Waseca, Minnesota on April 19, 1953, he was the son of Louis and Verna (Wabner) Meyman.  Joe graduated from Sacred Heart High School in Waseca in 1971 and from Mankato State University in 1975.  He then began working at Brown Printing Company in Waseca.  He worked at Brown Printing for over thirty-two years, the past several years he was in charge of the scheduling department.  He married Maryann (Zimbrich) Warnemunde on May 13, 1995 at St. John Lutheran Church in Waseca.  He enjoyed fishing, football, playing cards, cribbage, reading, computer games, telling jokes and playing with his grandchildren.  He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Waseca.

He is survived by his wife Mary of Waterville; sons, Zack (Pia) Meyman of Waseca and Cory Meyman of Mankato; step-children, Chuck (Amber) Warnemunde of Faribault and Christa (Tony) Ferguson of Kilkenny; grandchildren, Oz Meyman, Lucas Ferguson, Marcus Ferguson, Nathan Warnemunde, and Alison Warnemunde; brother, James (Jennifer) Meyman of Owatonna; sister, Susan (Richard) Starkey of Waseca and Peggy (Barry) Brocker of Claremont; and several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents.  

Visitation will held Wednesday, December 19, 2007 from 4-8 PM at Kinder-Dennis Home for Funerals in Waseca and continue one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 20, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at St. John Lutheran Church in Waseca with Rev. Vicki R. Hultine officiating.  Interment will take place at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the American Cancer Society.
